Calls and emails will be returned within 48 hours during regular business hours.

 Scheduling in advance (one week is preferred) will enable a consultant to reserve a time for you and ensure your project is a top priority.

 We adhere to a strict confidentiality policy, ensuring that you can trust your information will not be disclosed to any third party.

 Projects that have an unusually long turnaround or that require work outside of normal business hours, on weekends, or holidays, are subject to an additional fee.                                 

Billing occurs on the first of the month for hourly clients and prior to services being performed for retainer packages. Invoices are due 15 days after the invoice date. A $25.00 late fee will be applied to all past due invoices.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, Zelle, cash, or check payable to Adaptive Business Consulting LLC. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and does not require a PayPal account to be set up.
